Marketing Manager (Contract)

Location: Remote - Eastern Time zone preferred

The Pitch:

Were seeking a Marketing Manager (Contract) to lead influencer-driven campaigns for entertainment marketing campaigns. In this role, youll own the pre-production phase of influencer activationsfrom scouting and booking talent to managing budgets and aligning creative deliverables with clients.


Youll be the connector between talent, creative, and client goals, ensuring every influencer is strategically selected, briefed, and contracted before handing off to our Production team for execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in entertainment marketing, can manage multiple campaigns, and enjoys shaping how creative ideas come to life through influencer partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Discovery & Vetting

  • Research and identify platform-specific creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels) who align with campaign goals and target audience demographics.
  • Evaluate creators for tone, audience fit, engagement rates, brand safety, approaching selection like talent casting.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights with creators, managers, and talent reps.
  • Maintain organized records for contracts, approvals, budgets, and timelines to keep campaigns on track.

Campaign Management

  • Lead kickoff sessions with influencers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Own the influencer workflow from influencer outreach through production handoff.
  • Manage budgets, recommend influencer tiers, and secure approvals across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Production to ensure brand, legal, and creative alignment before client review.
  • Coordinate light production and travel logistics for international talent.
    Initiate contracts by providing Business Affairs with influencer details and serve as liaison to keep contracts moving.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track key performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, completion rates, and audience sentiment.
  • Compile recap decks with visual examples, performance data, and insights for internal and client-facing presentations.
  • Identify top-performing creators and content types to inform future casting and campaign strategies.

Additional Agency Support

  • Select project management, pitch support, and internal FCA projects, as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 24 years of hands-on influencer marketing or social media experience at an agency or brand.
  • Experience with influencer discovery/analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Later, Grin, Wednesday, etc.).
  • Experience booking creators for specific niches (e.g., BookTok, lifestyle, movies/entertainment, food)
  • A creative eye for spotting cultural and platform trends that inspire influencer-driven campaign concepts.
  • Experience coordinating with creators, managers, or talent teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and communications simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with influencer reporting, campaign documentation, and usage rights is a plus.

Compensation

  • Contract Rate: $60 - 65/hr based on experience and availability
  • Approximately 20 hours/wk with potential to become FT W-2
