The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD.We're looking for: A Revenue Operations, Growth, and Analytics Lead who can own and optimize the systems, data, and processes that power Nitra’s go-to-market engine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup, is passionate about solving operational bottlenecks, and wants to build scalable revenue infrastructure from the ground up.You’ll support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing by improving data accuracy, optimizing workflows, managing Salesforce operations, guiding Rules of Engagement, and providing actionable insights through analytics. This is a hybrid role combining RevOps, growth experimentation, and data analysis — perfect for someone who loves being the connective tissue in a fast-growing GTM engine.Your responsibilities will include:
- Own Salesforce administration, ensuring a clean, scalable, and well-governed CRM.
- Maintain lead routing, assignment rules, workflows, and automations.
- Manage and update Rules of Engagement (ROE) across Sales, SDR, and CS teams.
- Oversee territory management, including segmentation and coverage optimization.
- Process variable compensation, ensuring accuracy in payouts, quota attainment, and SPIFF tracking.
- Partner with Sales leadership on compensation mechanics and dispute resolution.
- Support Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success with data requests, pipeline insights, and process clarity.
- Build dashboards and reporting for Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline trends, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide insights to leadership to guide strategy, resourcing, and quarterly planning.
- Ensure data accuracy across lead, account, opportunity, and customer objects.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Support lifecycle and campaign analytics (activation, retention, reactivation, etc.).Evaluate GTM experiments and measure their impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoff between Sales → CS → Operations.
You have:
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Experience with variable compensation processing for Sales/CS teams.
- Strong background in territory management and GTM segmentation.
- Hands-on experience owning and updating Rules of Engagement.
- Strong data analytics skills — Excel/Sheets mastery, dashboards, KPI analysis.
- Experience supporting revenue teams (Sales, SDR, CS) in a measurable way.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup (non-negotiable).Ability to thrive with ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
- Shown you are adept at handling and frequently re-prioritizing a high volume of tasks.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $110k - $160k + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
