Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and a helpful demeanor.
  • Typing and data entry of various documents.
  • Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
