Job Description
Job DescriptionOur Company
Arch is a Series A financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.
Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.
Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.
We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 120+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Client Implementation Specialist to lead the onboarding and success of our most strategic, high-value enterprise clients. You will own the end-to-end implementation process for large and complex RIA firms, independent wealth managers, and multi-family offices, acting as a trusted advisor and project manager to drive successful outcomes. Your role will be critical to shaping the client experience and driving long-term adoption of Arch's platform.
This is a senior-level, client-facing role where you'll work with sophisticated advisory organizations that have complex operational requirements, multiple stakeholders, and high expectations for service delivery. You'll need to demonstrate strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to navigate organizational complexities while delivering exceptional results. As a seasoned professional, you'll be expected to operate with significant autonomy, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the strategic direction of our enterprise onboarding processes.
You'll also play a key role in product feedback loops and process innovation—balancing independent execution with cross-functional leadership and team development.
What You'll Do:
Account Onboarding
-
Own the onboarding journey for large, high-complexity RIA firms and wealth management organizations from kickoff through go-live
-
Develop and implement tailored onboarding plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, roles, and success metrics for enterprise-scale implementations
-
Serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders to meet ambitious onboarding goals
-
Lead onboarding calls, data discovery sessions, and technical setup discussions with clients
-
Work with RIA firms to organize and onboard extensive investment portfolios and client data, maintaining consistent communication every step of the way
-
Communicate with fund managers and custodians on behalf of clients to receive and reconcile investment and account information
-
Over time, take on the most complex clients and implementation challenges with increased autonomy and strategic responsibility
Data Collection and Quality
-
Process and monitor large volumes of account information, including updates from clients, funds, and custodial systems
-
Monitor client accounts for data quality issues and promptly address any discrepancies across multiple portfolios and data sources
-
Coordinate complex data migrations and system integrations for enterprise-level, RIA implementations
Education and Relationship Management
-
Deliver comprehensive training to client teams across multiple departments to ensure high levels of adoption, engagement, and self-sufficiency post-implementation
-
Support ongoing adoption through strategic communication, guidance, and executive-level check-ins
-
Mentor less-experienced implementation specialists and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices
Communication and Relationship Building
-
Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients during the onboarding process to assess their needs and satisfaction across organizational levels
-
Build rapport with clients from operations teams to C-suite executives and ensure a white-glove onboarding experience
-
Maintain comprehensive client records and notes in our CRM system to ensure continuity across complex organizational structures
What We're Looking For
-
4–6+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success—ideally in financial technology, SaaS, or financial services with enterprise clients
-
Proven track record managing large, complex client implementations with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
-
Excellent project management skills; ability to manage timelines, set expectations, and drive accountability across complex organizations
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to distill complex topics for diverse audiences from operations to executive level
-
Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and a client-first mindset
-
Leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior team members
Bonus Points If You:
-
Have experience in wealth management, RIA operations, alternative investments, or fund administration
-
Are familiar with RIA-specific concepts like fee billing, performance reporting, compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting
-
Have worked with consolidated reporting systems (such as Addepar, BD, Orion, etc.)
-
Have experience with capital calls, IRRs, recallable distributions, and K-1s
-
Have experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, and/or SQL
-
Thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats
-
Have experience with enterprise software implementations or large-scale system integrations.
