- Title: Product Owner
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA; New York, NY; Houston, TX (hybrid)
- Contract: W2 only, 6 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
- Pay: $48-52/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
Overview
This role involves managing product management for credit card originations, focusing on digital backend functionality such as sending offers, processing applications, and decisioning. The position requires collaboration with diverse stakeholder teams to drive discovery, design, and execution of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive through discovery, design, and execution of solutions
- Partner with technical teams to find effective solutions
- Collaborate with all different teams to ensure project success
- Demonstrate business acumen by framing and solving problems
- Support production and troubleshoot issues
- Manage documentation using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and PowerPoint
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the team
Required Skills
- Understanding of the product management process and scope of work
- Solutioning experience with technical teams
- Agile methodology knowledge, including story development
- Technical aptitude related to engineering or development
- Ability to frame problems and find solutions
- Experience in production support
- Strong documentation skills using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
- Engineering or Business degree (nice to have)
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
