Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting
New York City | In Office, 5 Days/Week | Full-Time

We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Senior Accountant to join a growing reporting team in NYC. In this role, you'll lead the charge on SEC filings, support statutory reporting across global entities, and help keep the company compliant, accurate, and audit-ready.

What you'll tackle:

Prep quarterly and annual SEC filings—MD&A, footnotes, and all required disclosures

Build and manage disclosure checklists for each filing

Support statutory financial statements across global entities

Reconcile US GAAP with IFRS and other local standards

Partner with the accounting team on new or complex transactions

Be a key point of contact for external auditors

Help maintain SOX compliance and support implementation of new accounting policies
What you bring:

BS or Master's in Accounting, CPA required

1–3+ years of accounting experience, ideally Big 4 (audit + advisory a plus)

Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

Comfortable navigating both the detail work and the bigger picture

Clear communicator who thrives under deadlines
Software familiarity:

SEC reporting tools (Workiva, etc.)

ERP systems (like Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite)

Excel wizardry expected
