Job Title: Account Executive Off-Price Wholesale

Company Overview:
Dana-co is a premier designer and wholesaler of luxury intimate apparel, proudly representing iconic brands including Natori, Skarlett Blue, and Oh L L Chri. As we continue to grow our off-price channel, we are seeking a strategic and relationship-oriented Account Executive to oversee and expand partnerships with leading off-price retailers. This individual will play a key role in protecting brand value while driving sell-through and revenue growth in a margin-sensitive space.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate brings a balance of sales acumen, brand awareness, and analytical thinking, with a strong background in wholesale or off-price fashion sales. This role requires thoughtful negotiation, a deep understanding of inventory and margin dynamics, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships within the off-price retail landscapeall while maintaining the elevated standards our brands represent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with national and regional off-price retail buyers
- Execute thoughtful negotiations that align with brand positioning and financial objectives
- Present collections and assortments supported by detailed sales analysis and market trends
- Recommend inventory at the SKU level to optimize both retailer needs and internal margin targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Planning, Logistics) to ensure order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and seamless EDI processing
- Monitor and adjust seasonal orders as needed to improve order flow and product sell-through
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in lingerie, fashion, or off-price retail
- Experience managing department store or discount retail accounts
- Strong understanding of retail math, margin structures, and open-to-buy processes
- EDI proficiency and comfort working with sales data, TY/LY, and weeks-of-supply reporting
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented, strategic, and able to represent the brand with integrity and poise
