Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the collection of overdue accounts for both commercial and consumer clients.
• Conduct thorough follow-ups with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Review and analyze account histories to identify patterns and recommend actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely collection processes.
• Monitor and report on collection activities, providing regular updates to management.
• Implement effective credit and collection strategies to minimize risk and optimize cash flow.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all collection efforts and communications.
• Address customer inquiries regarding billing and payment processes in a precise and courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
