Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Exchange Online & Hybrid setup.
• Proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO implementation.
• Experience deploying and managing Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams governance.
• Experience with Defender for Office 365 security tools.
• Ability to conduct technical workshops and migration planning.
• Must be a Microsoft-certified partner, eligible for the $50,000 transition voucher.

Preferred:

• Experience in public sector or government Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Successful delivery of enterprise-scale M365 rollouts (e.g., for 5,000+ users).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate"
• Strong ability to manage user adoption and change management.
• Skilled in preparing as-built documentation, SOPs, and migration runbooks.
• Experience in providing readiness training and internal IT support.
• Familiarity with Microsofts transition voucher process and funding programs.

• Defender for Office 365
