Position: WIHD-LEND is recruiting for a part-time Program Coordinator. The candidate would coordinate all logistical aspects of thein its Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (LEND) Program.
What is LEND: The WIHD-LEND Program is one of 60 federally funded interdisciplinary leadership training program. It is funded through the Autism Collaboration, Accountability, Research, Education, and Support Act or the Autism CARES Act, and is administered by the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) Maternal Child Health Bureau (MCHB). The goal of LEND is to increase the number of leaders and professionals with the knowledge and skills to work with and on behalf of individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities (DD), and their families.
Hours: 28 hours per week, part-timeSchedule: Hybrid – In-person Thursdays, some Wednesdays, and other days as needed. Remote flexible on Monday, Tuesday, and/or Friday. Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the LEND Learning Management System (LearnDash)
- Support LEND trainee participation (recruitment, onboarding)
- Manage LEND trainee follow-up surveys
- Communication with and support of faculty and presenters
- Assist with program evaluation and quality improvement activities
- Maintain databases (NIRS and ACCESS) for trainee information
- Additional duties and projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years office experience, with at least two years at an administrative coordinator level
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong team collaborative skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality; willingness to learn new technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree with additional qualified experience
Desired Qualification:
- Knowledge of LearnDash Learning Management System
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $27 - $32 per hour, commensurate with experience
