We’re working with a respected investment firm that’s hiring an HR Generalist to take ownership of core people operations, including benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee support. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while building meaningful relationships across the firm. You’ll be trusted with key responsibilities from day one and have a clear path to grow into a broader, more strategic HR role.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to person for benefits administration—handling enrollments, updates, and vendor coordination
- Manage the full onboarding and offboarding experience to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departures
- Provide timely, thoughtful employee support on HR policies, processes, and systems
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations and internal policies
- Keep the HRIS current and support internal reporting and audits
- Identify and implement process improvements to make HR operations more efficient and employee-friendly
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with a focus in operations or generalist work
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow into a strategic HR partner and contribute beyond day-to-day tasks
