What Youll Do:

• Assist current customers with policy changes, billing, and coverage questions
• Quote and sell new auto, home, renters, condo, and umbrella policies
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and build referral relationships
• Meet monthly goals for production and customer retention
• Network with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and community partners
• Deliver excellent service and a great customer experience
