Remote in the U.S. | Pre-Opening Luxury Resort & Spa
A brand-new, 100-room luxury resort in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced Leisure Sales Manager to lead its direct and consortia leisure sales efforts. This is a pivotal role within the commercial team, focused on driving revenue from luxury travel agencies, wholesalers, and direct bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive leisure sales performance to meet and exceed property revenue goals.
Manage relationships with regional cluster sales teams and UK-based representation.
Lead participation in Marriott STARS/LUMINOUS, Virtuoso, Signature, and other luxury travel programs.
Represent the resort at industry trade shows, sales missions, and fam trips.
Partner closely with marketing, reservations, and events to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Oversee promotional campaigns, rate strategy, and revenue opportunities for the leisure segment.
Serve as a brand ambassador, actively promoting the resort and destination globally.
Collaborate with the resort’s sustainability and adventure teams to integrate unique offerings into the leisure sales strategy.Ideal Candidate:
5+ years in luxury resort leisure sales; Caribbean experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record managing luxury consortia, wholesale, and travel advisor relationships.
Familiar with Marriott systems (CI/TY, Opera, GXP, SFAWeb) and loyalty program requirements.
