Part Time, 15 Hours/Week
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and has experience with QuickBooks desktop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget reports.
- Maintain and balance general ledger.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and audits.
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop and MS Excel.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
