We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator Assistant to join our team. This role will involve managing payroll, bookkeeping, credentialing, and invoicing; ensuring that all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in accounting software, and have a passion for maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit tax filings.
Invoicing:
- Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
- Ensure that all invoicing practices comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and payment receipts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with focus on payroll, bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
