Position Summary:

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Hosiery/Socks Division. This is a unique opportunity to bring your distinctive touch to a dynamic team, that is already part of a well-established company. You will partner with design and merchandising, as well as collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments across the company. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in the garment district of New York City and reports directly to the President, Fashion Accessories & Handbags.


Primary Job Responsibilities:

Expand sales through off-price and department store retail channels

Manage existing retail clients and acquire new accounts through contacts, research, and other strategic methods of acquisition

Collaborate with brand licensors and leverage brand marketing with other licensees

Develop and present compelling presentations to retail clients

Track sell-through of product at retailers, manage replenishment to maximize sales

Research and analyze target customers and key retail customers for use in presentations

Coordinate with production department on samples, production times and product approvals from retailer

Communicate with shipping department on delivery dates and any potential discrepancies/issuesto ensure deadlines are met


Experience & Skills:

Minimum of three years experience in similar role working with fashion accessories

Strong collaboration and experience working with cross functional teams

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to maintain composure and provide exceptional customer service through demandingsituations

Strong attention to detail and organizationwith a high work ethic

Entrepreneurial nature and self-motivated

Thrives in fast-paced environment

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

Salary:The anticipated base salary is $90k $130k annually plus incentive bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
