Job Description
LHH is actively seeking a Project Coordinator II for one of our top clients! This will be a 100% remote long-term contract opportunity with our client.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll oversee the execution of accessibility evaluations conducted by external partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s assessment framework and adherence to recognized web accessibility standards (such as WCAG). You’ll act as the main liaison between internal teams and vendors to facilitate timely and thorough completion of assessments and associated deliverables like Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs).
You’ll coordinate with product stakeholders to define project objectives, set audit schedules, and align on evaluation metrics. Once audits are finalized, you'll review the quality of documentation, publish results to the public-facing site, and upload findings into the internal bug-tracking platform. You'll also work closely with the Audit Program Manager to suggest and execute process improvements that enhance how audits are conducted.
Additionally, you’ll help respond to inquiries from both internal teams and external clients about the accessibility status of our products.
