Title: Call Center Representative at CORPORATE PAYROLL OPERATION
Location: New York, 10004
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Duration: 6 -6-month assignment (highly possible of extension)
Pay Range: $33 per hour
Job Description:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 1 year of Call Center and payroll Timekeeping experience in a call center environment required
- Experience in a Hospital setting
- Schedule appointments and reminder calls to patients.
- Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
- Must answer phones, utilize in-house and pagers, and make overhead announcements.
- Other assignments as necessary.
- Extensive phone experience and computer literate
