What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and local contacts
- Plan and host on-site promotional events at residential properties
- Drive product awareness and close sales with residents and prospects
- Schedule and negotiate event opportunities and marketing tactics
- Promote offers and services ahead of on-site activations
- Communicate clearly with both clients and customers
- Track sales, manage inventory, and complete administrative recaps

What You Bring

- A self-starter mentality and strong time-management abilities
- Reliable transportation (local travel required)
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
