Role Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer journey from onboarding through renewal, ensuring seamless product adoption and value realization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively monitor customer health metrics, usage data, and feedback to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues, escalate critical updates, and share customer insights.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews, deliver tailored training sessions, and create resources to boost engagement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partnering with Sales to expand customer footprint and maximize account growth.

Skills Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Early career opportunity! Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 0–3 years in customer-facing or related roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and drive customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset—adept at interpreting usage data, health scores, and customer feedback.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.
