Role Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to manage daily bookkeeping and client communication. This hybrid role supports both financial operations and client-facing tasks to keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Odoo (ERP)

  • Process invoices, payments, payroll support, and bank reconciliations

  • Act as point of contact for clients (corporate, wholesale, and retail)

  • Schedule meetings, update clients on orders, and manage documents

  • Coordinate internal office tasks and communication flow

Requirements

  • 3+ years bookkeeping and/or office coordination experience

  • Proficient with QuickBooks, Odoo, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail

  • Experience in luxury, jewelry, or production environment is a plus
