Role Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to manage daily bookkeeping and client communication. This hybrid role supports both financial operations and client-facing tasks to keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Odoo (ERP)

Process invoices, payments, payroll support, and bank reconciliations

Act as point of contact for clients (corporate, wholesale, and retail)

Schedule meetings, update clients on orders, and manage documents

Coordinate internal office tasks and communication flow
Requirements

3+ years bookkeeping and/or office coordination experience

Proficient with QuickBooks, Odoo, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Experience in luxury, jewelry, or production environment is a plus
