Prestige Services is a company that provides Resurfacing, Carpet Cleaning, Roofing, and Plumbing services to Multi-family properties across the Houston area.
• Answering customer calls in a friendly manner
• Receiving orders from our clients
• Filing invoices
• Resolving situations professionally
• Facilitating customer support service to our current clientele
• Creating technician schedules
• Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Answering and responding to emails
• Coordinating and dispatching technicians
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office proficiency a plus)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable vehicle and consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
