Church Administrator (Part-Time)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Church Administrator to
support our mission through efficient administrative management. This part-time role
(up to 20 hours per week) requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
 Manage office payroll and personnel attendance.
 Oversee church files, databases, and membership records.
 Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
 Assist with planning and executing church events.
 Provide administrative support to the staff pastor and personnel team.
Competencies:
 Excellent organizational and process management skills.
 Warm, enthusiastic, and welcoming demeanor.
 Strong written communication and presentation skills.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Compensation: $25,000 per year.
