With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Human Resources Generalist Recruiter to our team in the New York City Office. This role will be fully in office!

We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist Recruiter who can pivot between strategic recruiting and hands-on HR support—because here, no two days are ever the same. In this mission-critical position, you’ll wear multiple hats—leading full-cycle recruitment efforts while supporting a wide range of HR functions from onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and more. You’ll be an essential partner to hiring managers and employees alike, shaping our workforce while enhancing the employee experience.


Recruitment will be the primary focus of this job! The role will pivot between recruiting and generalist duties depending upon the business requirements.


Essential Job Duties

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job postings and hiring strategies.
  • Get creative: Source talent through job boards, events, and social media.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and recruiting expos.
  • Be the go-to contact for HR policies, benefits, and employee questions.
  • Support new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist with performance reviews, training, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of high-volume recruitment experience; staffing/contingency experience is a big plus and 1-2 years of HR Generalist duties.
  • Hands-on experience in HR functions including onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (especially ATS/onboarding tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with utilizing external resources (e.g. college fairs, DOLS events, veteran recruiting relationships, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel to East Coast locations for hiring events.


Compensation Range: $68,450- $82,550 based on experience
