We are seeking a property management business manager and sales person to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the renovation, rental preparation, and property management sales team and selling both design services and management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of sales and property managers and selling renovations, rental preparation, interiors, and property management
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home renovation, design, property management and sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills
• Hourly plus commission and stock options in company after one year. Benefits after one year.
