As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Operate a multi-line phone system to direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain and update calendars to coordinate schedules and appointments.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Assist in general office duties to ensure a well-organized workspace.
• Serve as the primary contact for client-facing interactions, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.• Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with operating multi-line phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Bronx, New York.
