We are seeking a skilled Office Manager with paralegal experience to support our No-Fault team. This role combines managing day-to-day office operations with providing paralegal support on no-fault litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and staff workflow.
- Implement and maintain office systems including document and case management.
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to meet deadlines and client reporting requirements.
- Prepare office reports and assist with onboarding and training staff.
Paralegal Duties
- Prepare and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
- Handle NYSCEF and EDDS filings and ensure compliance with court rules.
- Assist with service of process, trial preparation, and case calendars.
- Conduct legal research and draft routine correspondence and subpoenas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in litigation, with focus on no-fault cases.
- Knowledge of NYSCEF/EDDS filing systems and litigation processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and Excel skills.
