Primary Responsibilities: As a Senior Account Manager, you will work within a multi-functional, interdisciplinary account team to develop innovative, multi-channel marketing + training programs that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

This is for a seasoned project manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and excels at managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives. You'll drive operational excellence, lead project planning and execution, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers.

Core Responsibilities

Client Service

  • Serve as a key client-facing project delivery lead, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and execution.
  • Proactively manage project expectations, scope, and timelines in collaboration with account and strategy leads.
  • Ensure exceptional delivery across brand launch campaigns, omnichannel programs, and tactical rollouts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities including rep-triggered campaigns, Veeva-based content, websites, emails, detail aids, and training tools.

Project Management

  • Lead project scoping, timeline development, and budget planning across multiple brands and business units.
  • Establish and enforce agile workflows, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and risk mitigation strategies across projects and clients.
  • Oversee Veeva PromoMats submissions and digital production workflows, ensuring compliance and speed-to-market.
  • Track and report on resourcing, burn, timeline changes, and performance KPIs with clarity and confidence.

Team Management

  • Manage, coach, and grow a team of project managers, producers, and coordinators.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to evolve internal processes, tools, and resource planning models.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional communication and a unified approach to delivery across disciplines.

Position offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications:

  • The salary range for this role at the senior level is $105,000-$150,000.
  • The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at Coefficient Health. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at Coefficient Health, and we encourage you to apply if this range falls outside of your expectations.

Desired Skills + Experience: We seek highly motivated individuals with a strong track record of professional achievement who can bring intellectual curiosity, determination, and creativity to our client work. You must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field (pharmaceutical, pharma advertising, medical communications, public relations, consulting or life sciences)
  • Pharmaceutical brand launch experience a must, rare disease experience a plus
  • Experience with developing cross-channel assets with specific emphasis on digital (web, email, rep triggered email, detail aids, etc.)
  • Experience with Veeva submissions, tagging, linking required
  • Proven client relationship and project management experience
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Superior organization skills and exacting attention to detail
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and application of AI tools to maximize efficiency and quality
  • Familiarity with project management tools like AirTable, SmartSheet, routing tools
  • Disciplined self-starter and team organizer
  • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment with an adaptive workflow
  • Attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Bachelor's degree (communications, healthcare, science)
  • Must be willing to come into the NYC office in the Financial District 3 days per week
