Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join us on-site in Brooklyn. In this role, you will develop and execute creative assets for our e-commerce platform and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for e-commerce brands in the appliance or home goods industry, with a strong portfolio that showcases clean, polished graphics for both digital and static marketing collateral.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and create visually compelling materials that support online sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital assets for our e-commerce site, including product imagery, banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
- Create static marketing collateral such as brochures, product catalogs, spec sheets, flyers, trade show materials, and packaging.
- Work within brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital deployment and professional printing.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay current on design trends and best practices, particularly in e-commerce, retail, and home appliances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and appliance or home goods industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to create clean, modern designs for both digital and print formats.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience preparing files for web optimization and print production.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and motion graphics is a plus but not required.
