As the HR Systems & Analytics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Serving as the organization’s subject matter expert for HR technology and data.
- Managing and optimizing the ADP HRIS platform to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Designing and delivering meaningful workforce analytics to support recruitment, retention, and compliance.
- Ensuring HR data accuracy, privacy, and effective reporting across 11 agencies.
HR Systems & Analytics Specialist Minimum Salary: $62,353.20
HR Systems & Analytics Specialist Maximum Salary: $62,353.20
HR Systems & Analytics Specialist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm; partial remote flexibility available
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HRIS or HR data experience, preferably in a nonprofit or multi-agency environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now
- SHRM-CP or ADP HR Specialist certification preferred
