Part-Time position - Days vary: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Shifts/schedules are subject to change per operational needs and when the client facility will be closed to observe holidays

As a reception/security professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and directing all employees and visitors to the appropriate department or individual
- Accepting packages and routing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintaining a secure environment by monitoring the premises and controlling access to the floor
- Responding to security breaches and other emergency situations
- Restock Kitchen and Bathroom items
- Keep inventory of Kitchen and Bathroom items
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
As a Receptionist/Security Guard for Accomplished Security Inc, you will be responsible for securing and safeguarding our client's employees and property. You are also required as an ASI Receptionist/Security Guard to know all policies and procedures, and monitor the facilities activities for our client as appropriate. In addition, you are expected to provide our client with outstanding customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Display exceptional customer service skills and mindset
- Positive engagement with client personnel and visitors
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- Possess effective written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with the general public and all levels of the client's personnel in a polite, professional and effective manner
- Licensing requirements – Possess a valid New York State Security Guard Card and be personally responsible to maintain its validity throughout your employment with AIS
- Be currently certified in CPR, use of an AED and Basic First Aid and be responsible to maintain its validity throughout your employment with ASI/AIS.
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Possess or have access to a reliable means of transportation to work
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites. Ability to learn to operate the client's security and safety systems which include but are not limited to access control systems and CCTV networks
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior
- Able to:
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Climb stairs or ramps occasionally during shift
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
