What You’ll Do:
- Own features end-to-end: Design, build, and iterate on full-stack functionality used across large patient and provider populations.
- Build alongside cross-functional partners: Collaborate closely with product, design, operations, and GTM teams to deliver frictionless user experiences.
- Elevate engineering standards: Contribute to architectural decisions, platform scalability, and emerging AI-powered capabilities.
- Mentor and learn: Support other engineers through guidance and collaboration, while growing through shared ownership and pair work.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.
- Strong product intuition and end-to-end ownership, from concept → implementation → iteration.
- A track record of writing high-quality, maintainable code and raising technical standards.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Customer-centric decision making.
- Experience with modern technologies such as Typescript, React, Node.js, AWS, Terraform, or similar stacks.
- Based in the NYC metro area and able to be onsite several days per week.
