Job Summary:
- This role is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound client communication, managing service scheduling, and ensuring accurate updates to our central database. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.t
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client questions and service inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to schedule service installations and follow up with clients.
- Review and process email responses, updating the central database as needed.
- Schedule service installations efficiently and accurately.
- Import and maintain client data in company systems.
- Perform daily updates to ensure client information (name, phone number, availability, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
Preferred Experience:
-
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
