Position Overview:
The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team by managing quotes, processing renewals, registering deals, and coordinating with vendors. This individual will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all sales-related administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, and manage client quotes in coordination with Account Executives

  • Manage contract and subscription renewals to ensure timely follow-up and processing

  • Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships, including pricing, promotions, and lead time updates

  • Register deals with vendors and distributors to secure pricing and protect opportunities

  • Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring information accuracy and availability

  • Assist in preparing sales reports and metrics for management review

  • Collaborate closely with the Finance and Procurement teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and renewals

  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding sales-related documentation and support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or similar role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise) is a plus

  • Experience with vendor portals, deal registration, and quoting tools (e.g., Ingram Micro, Tech Data) preferred

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the IT services or technology solutions industry

  • Experience supporting Account Executives or Sales Managers

  • Prior experience with quoting software or ERP tools
