A fast-growing, innovative leader in the Medical Equipment Manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a hands-on financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, helping shape the company’s financial strategy and operational roadmap.
- Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial systems, metrics, and controls to support rapid growth and scalability.
- Provide clear, actionable financial insights to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Lead capital planning, funding initiatives, and investor relations activities as needed.
- Manage financial risk and ensure full regulatory compliance with all applicable standards and reporting requirements.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team that can grow with the business.
- Drive operational efficiency by partnering cross-functionally across sales, operations, and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA required.
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with prior CFO or senior financial executive experience in a high-growth, middle-market company.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, strategic planning, and business operations.
- Experience in consumer health, aesthetics, medical devices, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading financial strategy in an entrepreneurial, private equity-backed, or founder-led environment.
- Hands-on, "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
