We are seeking a passionate, customer service-oriented, and hard-working individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Associate at Club Pilates Southampton. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment and loves to connect with people promoting health and wellness.
Overview of responsibilities and major areas are:
Provide superior guest service, ensuring every client feels welcome, valued, and supported.
Greet clients upon arrival, check in for classes, and assist with scheduling, rescheduling for members and first time clients.
Manage phone calls, emails, texts and in-person inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm which includes assisting the Studio Manager with working leads for new prospects
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Work collaboratively with the studio team to create an exceptional client experience.
Help facilitate class transitions and ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
Guide consumers with regards to the latest happenings within the studio.
Ensure the brand aesthetic and studio appearance is always upkept.
Accurately follow the daily checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
Work with Studio Manager and Sr. Management to support the financial goals and operational needs of the studio.
Be knowledgeable about the Club Pilates Brand: history, signature classes, private training and all pricing.
Field both internal and external general questions and inquiries
Working with the studio to convey member concerns and feedback.
Responsible for general administrative computer work and ownership surrounding Club Ready and Sales Revv.
Effectively articulate Club Policies and capture important notes for each client interaction.
Keep the retail area looking neat and clean which includes re-folding, and re-hanging merchandise.
Other duties assigned by management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for health, fitness, and Reformer Pilates
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness industry is a plus.
