The Senior Billing Analyst is a mid-level role responsible for leading billing processes across multiple locations, with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and insightful financial analysis. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of billing systems, and the ability to manage complex datasets and provide recommendations for improvements.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including generation, validation, and distribution, in accordance with contractual and policy requirements
- Monitor and reconcile billing data across regions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends, anomalies, or areas for process improvement
- Support month-end close activities related to billing and revenue entries.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports to support financial tracking and decision-making
- Maintain organized billing records to support internal audits and compliance efforts
- Recommend improvements to enhance billing accuracy, consistency, and workflow efficiency
Minimum Experience or Skills Required
- 2-4 years of experience in billing, accounting, or financial operations roles
- Solid understanding of billing systems and financial reconciliation processes preferred
- Proficient in Excel, with experience working with financial data and reporting tools
- Familiarity with month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Effective communicator, capable of working with teams across departments and locations
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
Salary - $65000 - $75000
