An established and highly regarded Staten Island catering and event venue is seeking an experienced Associate Event Planner to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is energized by bringing events to life—from initial client conversations through flawless execution. If you’re a relationship-builder with strong food knowledge, a sharp eye for style, and a true hospitality-first mindset, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to design and execute memorable corporate and social events
  • Support the sales process, from inquiry through contract and event execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  • Contribute creative ideas around event flow, menu presentation, and overall guest experience
  • Work closely with culinary, operations, and venue teams to ensure seamless delivery

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, catering, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building and client service skills
  • Sales confidence and the ability to support revenue-driven conversations
  • Creative vision with an eye for detail, design, and presentation
  • Solid food and beverage knowledge
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a hospitality-first approach
