Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA Candidate to join our team. be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.
Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions for business clients
• Analyze budgets and other financial information
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
• Prepare and review personal, business, estates, trusts and multi-state returns.
• Preparation payroll and sales tax returns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Valid CPA certification in compliance with the state Board of Accountancy regulations
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Lacerte
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
