Job Title: Senior Client Development Associate - Sales and Marketing Leader
Location: New York City (Onsite Grand Central Office). This is NOT a work from home or remote work position.

Position Overview:
We seek an experienced and innovative Sales and Marketing Leader to develop and scale our sales and marketing operations.

The income opportunity on tope of base compensation for the right person is over $200,000 to $300,000 per year with no upper limits. Individuals who have held this position before earned this income range and more.

This role drives revenue growth through client-centric strategies, implements operational systems, and fosters team collaboration. Reporting to the President, this role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction while directly engaging with clients and mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

○ Define and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth goals.

○ Collaborate with internal teams to align client service delivery with sales objectives, ensuring an integrated approach to customer satisfaction.

○ Identify and capitalize on market trends to position the company as a leader in facilities and guard services.

  • Operational Excellence:

○ Implement and optimize CRM (e.g., ZoomInfo, PipeDrive) and marketing automation systems to drive data-driven decision-making.

○ Develop scalable lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline management processes to support long-term growth.

○ Create and manage content strategies that enhance brand visibility and support account-based marketing efforts.

  • Client and Revenue Development:

○ Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth through tailored service offerings.

○ Lead efforts to secure new business in high-value retail, healthcare, and commercial real estate sectors.

○ Act as a strategic partner in client engagements, presenting solutions that address unique operational challenges.

  • Team Development and Leadership:

○ Serve as a "player-coach," leading by example while mentoring team members and managing third-party marketing resources.

○ Develop a roadmap for team expansion, including recruitment, training, and retention of top talent.

○ Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the sales and marketing team.

  • Performance and Analytics:

○ Define and track KPIs such as pipeline growth, client retention, and campaign ROI to measure success.

○ Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with market demands.

Qualifications:

● 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within third-party facilities management, guard services, or a related service industry.

● Proven ability to implement and manage CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

● Strong knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and enterprise-level client development.

● Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.

● Track record of scaling operations and achieving revenue growth in competitive markets.

● Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
