Remote Position: Construction Corporate Business Compliance Manager
Annual Salary range: $89K to $100K

Construction Corporate Business Compliance Manager
· Responsible for ensuring insurance coverage is up to date on construction projects. Manage insurance policies, including verifying that certificates of insurance (COI) are in place for contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring coverage is adequate for the project's risks and current. Work with McKissack’s insurance broker to secure the necessary policies and administer the insurance program.
· Work with McKissack’s Insurance Broker and McKissack’s Executive Team for review of insurance requirements in contracts, Request for Proposals and other documents.
· Work with McKissack’s Insurance Broker to obtain insurance policies for new projects as well as works with Marketing for COIs that are required at Proposal Stage.
· Coordinate and audit all McKissack projects to ensure that Insurance policies are up to date and in compliance
· Administer the insurance program, including tracking policy renewals and making sure all parties involved are aware of their coverage for all McKissack Projects.
· Maintain log, documents and status for all McKissack legal matters and provide monthly updates to CMD, AO, Corporate Business Manager and Director of Marketing.
· When required, work with McKissack’s corporate attorney for legal issues and resolutions
· For McKissack projects, ensure proper document control system and ensures proper record-keeping is in place to keep a record of all project correspondence, including correspondence related to potential legal concerns.
· For McKissack projects, work with the Project Executive and/or Project Manager to coordinate and distribute subconsultant/subcontractor agreements and maintain files.
· Review and ensure project compliance with acceptable project procedures as outlined in the McKissack Way Manual, Review with Albert to confirm criteria and key requirements of McKissack Way manual
· Receive and file all client, subcontractor, and subconsultant agreements/contracts for McKissack projects and maintain Contracts folder on SharePoint inclusive of all insurance, change orders, work orders, task orders, etc.
· Other responsibilities as directed by our Executive Vice President
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, risk or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and address issues.
- Ability to track deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to analyze RFPs, bids, contracts, and project data.
- Careful review of contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant applications such as Microsoft Suite
