Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Auditor. A background in cooperative and condominium accounting is a strong plus. This is a fully remote position, ideal for professionals looking to advance their career while maintaining flexibility.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably with Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs)
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Experience preparing year-end closing entries
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Coop/Condo or property management experience is a plus
