We are looking for an in-office Payroll Specialist comfortable with ADP and New York payroll requirements. Some bookkeeping and General HR experience would be an added plus.
Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
- Accurately process all payroll for salaried and hourly employees
- Assist team members with pay inquiries and issues as needed
- Ensure data integrity and correct any pay errors or discrepancies
- Assist the HR Manager with time card and other pertinent issues
Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
- 2+ years of equivalent experience
- Proficient with QuickBooks, ADP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Superb attention to detail and ability to communicate with all levels of the company
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices along with assisting with employee relations and recruitment efforts
Payroll Specialist Compensation:
- Base salary of $55-$60K
