Job Description

We’re looking for a unique kind of analyst — someone who can do more than pull numbers. This role blends deep quantitative skills with qualitative insight development, helping clients not only understand what’s happening, but why it matters and what to do next.

As a Senior Marketing Data & Insights Analyst at SiaX (the creative arm of Sia Partners), you’ll work across industries and campaigns to translate data into actionable narratives that shape strategy. You’ll advise clients on what to measure, help define KPIs aligned with business goals and interpret customer behavior in ways that drive performance and unlock new opportunities. You will need to be insights-driven, and a key voice in helping teams and clients understand what the data says and what it means.

This role sits at the intersection of data science, marketing strategy, and customer insights — with an emphasis on performance analytics, proactive market intelligence, and insights that drive creative and media activation.

Your Impact

  • Lead performance analysis across campaigns to surface insights that inform creative, media, and customer experience strategies
  • Monitor seasonal trends, cultural moments (e.g., flu season, fitness cycles), and health/wellness search patterns to identify campaign timing and messaging opportunities
  • Translate trend signals into actionable media and creative recommendations that align with client and platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with strategy and account teams to shape measurable campaign objectives and define success
  • Design marketing measurement frameworks and deliver clear, insight-driven reports and dashboards tailored to client goals
  • Analyze paid media (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, CTV), website/app analytics, and funnel performance across channels
  • Create automated dashboards and alerts to track performance and surface emerging opportunities
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives, statistical modeling, and experimental design including lift studies and A/B testing
  • Analyze customer journeys and behavioral trends to uncover insights and surface optimization opportunities

What Success Looks Like

  • Creative Optimization: Identify 3+ winning creative elements or messages that improve conversion rates by 15%+
  • Audience Insights: Define 2–3 high-value audience segments with 20%+ higher lifetime value than baseline
  • Trend Activation: Identify and activate 2+ seasonal or cultural opportunities that drive above-average engagement
  • Internal teams look to you to shape storylines that elevate campaign work and performance narratives
  • Clients view you as a trusted thought partner who connects the dots between insight and impact
  • You challenge assumptions, ask smarter questions, and guide teams toward more informed decisions

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, or data science — ideally in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Proven ability to combine quantitative analysis with strategic storytelling
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Analytics and analyzing web/app performance metrics
  • Fluency in extracting and interpreting paid media data across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel performance and omnichannel attribution approaches
  • Experience with statistical testing, lift analysis, and experimental design
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and one or more BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong data visualization and reporting skills — you don’t just show data, you tell the story behind it
  • Experience working across industries, verticals, or high-growth environments where priorities shift fast
