Site Manager – Administrative Support Services (EPA Region 2)
Location: New York, NY (onsite)

About the Role
Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, Inc. seeks an experienced and organized Site Manager to lead the Administrative Support Services team for the EPA Region 2 office. The Project Manager ensures smooth daily operations across mailroom and fleet services, supervises staff, manages compliance with federal requirements, and serves as the primary liaison between Fedcap and EPA personnel.
This is a leadership position for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in structured environments and can balance operational oversight with hands-on supervision.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee Operations: Ensure successful delivery of all Administrative Support Services in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Supervise Staff: Lead and coach team members handling mailroom, fleet, and equipment/property operations.
- Manage Fleet Logistics: Oversee the maintenance and dispatching of vehicles across NY and Edison, NJ.
- Control Mail Services: Manage incoming/outgoing USPS, UPS, FedEx, and certified mail; ensure daily and monthly reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate Equipment Management: Ensure property checklists are completed for staff departures/returns.
- Liaise with EPA Officials: Act as the primary contact for tasking, service updates, and performance discussions.
- Oversee Payroll & Timesheets: Approve staff time and attendance in Oracle and monitor leave balances.
- Ensure Compliance: Meet all service standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- Proven leadership and organizational skills in managing operations and staff.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication.
- Working knowledge of Mail Manager and electronic records management (training provided).
- Understanding of GSA fleet procedures and federal operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between NY and NJ locations.
- Minimum of some college education (associate’s or bachelor’s preferred).
Compensation
- $80,000 to $100,000 annually
