Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site (Monday to Friday)

Employment Type: Permanent
Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 based on experience

Our client is a fashion and apparel industry leader, known for delivering innovative designs and maintaining operational excellence. With a strong presence across key markets and a commitment to growth, they are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join their Secaucus, NJ operations team.

Position Summary

The Inventory Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of inventory control and stock movement within our facility. This role plays a vital part in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting production planning, and contributing to the operational efficiency of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and audits

  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory system data

  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to forecast needs and prevent stockouts or overages

  • Implement and refine inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency

  • Generate reports on inventory status, trends, and turnover for management review

  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies related to inventory handling

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain

  • Strong understanding of inventory software and reporting tools; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to analyze data and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • On-site role – candidate must be available to work full-time at the Secaucus, NJ location
