Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Travel Sales Manager located in New York, NY. The Business Travel Sales Manager will manage and grow business travel sales by identifying and targeting new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities include negotiating rates and contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Travel Sales, Business Travel, and Sales
- Skills in Sales Management and negotiating rates and contracts
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality and event planning is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
