Exterior Home Improvement Project Consultant - Residential
Stockmohr is looking for a dedicated, full-time sales representative to meet with homeowners at both our showroom and clients homes to provide them with remodeling solutions. The position requires year-round commitment. Previous installation experience is not necessary, however, sales experience in the construction industry is required. We provide and schedule a large majority of your leads through our own lead generation and past customer list for you to run. Our showroom is located in Clarence Center, NY and serves a radius of about 50 miles from our office.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?
A sales representative will meet with customers in the home, at our showroom, or with a vendor. Listen and identify the customer’s needs and concerns. Provide a written estimate to solve the customer’s needs and concerns with a detailed, accurate proposal. Enter required information into the CRM system to qualify the lead. Following up with prospects after the proposal to guide them through the sales process. After the sale, support the production team for job related details. A management team is in place to handle most aspects of the installation. Typical hours for this position will vary between 9am-7pm and Saturday mornings in season.
REQUIREMENTS
· Industry experience required (Roofing sales preferred)
-Computer Skills required
· 3 years of related sales experience
· Willing and able to set up a ladder, walk a 1st story walkable roof, and check an attic
· Clean drivers license
· Able to perform basic math
· Professional appearance and good communication skills
· Able to work evenings and Saturdays on when needed
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
· Highly motivated and driven to achieve goals
