The New York Milk Bank in Valhalla, NY is looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our team. We are located at 401 Columbus Avenue. Our ideal candidate is a spectacular go-getter who will be a primary team member for the Order Fulfillment department.

Responsibilities

• Take calls and emails from hospitals and families providing information on receiving donor milk
• Packs and ships orders for hospitals and outpatients
• Work independently and as part of the team to accurately and efficiently dispense orders of donor milk
• Maintains clear, accurate records
• Assists with inventory management and freezer organization system
• Follows established procedures to ensure milk is dispensed and received safely
• Stocking of necessary supplies at the start and end of each day
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary work area

Qualifications/Skills

• Exemplary organization, planning, and time management skills
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• MAC OS X proficient
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
