Responsibilities
- Business Operations: Collaborate closely with the founders to streamline and optimize day-to-day operations across all business functions.
- Strategic Initiatives: Drive and oversee strategic projects that span across marketing, product development, finance, and operations. Ensure alignment across all departments to execute on the company’s goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with teams across all areas of the business, helping to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and manage the flow of information.
- Execution Excellence: Own key initiatives, from planning through execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Founder Support: Act as a thought partner to the founders, managing their time, priorities, and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- High-Impact Projects: Lead special projects aimed at scaling the business, entering new markets, or optimizing processes.
Requirements
Background: 4-8 years in management consulting, finance, or a similar strategic role in a high-growth CPG business. Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
Track Record of Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, solve business problems, work cross-functionally to execute on ambitious goals, or have accomplished extraordinarily rare feats.
Leadership: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to lead by influence. You’ll need to be someone who can make decisions and drive initiatives forward.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. Be good at Excel, writing memos, and ahead of the curve on AI curves.
High EQ: A strong team player who can thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You know how to motivate others and build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Self-Starter: Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to operate in ambiguity. You know when to act and when to seek clarity.
